What car rental company does not do a credit check?

I need to rent a car for a 10 days, but for specific reason I can’t use my credit card. I can use debit or cash. Are there any good car rental companies which do not perform credit check?
My credit score is on the poor zone and I try to avoid any hard credit score inquiries.
